Mr. Willey, with over 45 years of real estate experience, has appraised numerous complex properties throughout Texas. Commercial appraisal specialties include; subdivisions, mobile home parks, auto dealerships, golf courses, mini-warehouses, office buildings, shopping centers, medical facilities and apartments. Rural and residential specialties include; single-family residences, farm & ranch property, and timberland. In addition, Mr. Willey has completed right-of-way valuations, litigation appraisal and testimony for estates, attorneys and governmental agencies. He has participated since 1995 in the ratio study conducted by the State Comptroller of Texas for school district funding. The study performs random reviews and audits of various appraisal districts in Texas, incorporating standard appraisal techniques, as well as state mandated methods of analysis. Mr. Willey has also provided training to the staff appraisers of the Property Tax Division of the State Comptroller of Texas. He is certified as a fee appraiser for the Texas Department of Transportation and experience includes the appraisal of railroad corridors and highway right- of-ways. In addition to the State of Texas, Mr. Willey is also a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Louisiana. Mr. Willey received his BBA & MBA from Sam Houston State University.

Kristine is a Licensed Residential Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Texas, specializing in suburban neighborhoods, rural residential, and large acreage farm and ranch properties. She also has significant experience assisting with commercial property valuations and TxDOT right-of-way acquisition projects. A second generation appraiser in her family, she gained familiarity with the profession at a very young age, enjoying trips to her mother’s office and learning to read Key Maps. With over ten years of appraisal office management experience, and nine years of valuation experience, real estate research is second nature to Kristine, and one of the things she finds most interesting about the profession. Kristine has experience appraising properties all over Southeast Texas including Conroe, Houston, Galveston, Bryan/College Station, Huntsville, Madisonville, Beaumont, Livingston and many more rural areas.

Brandon is an Appraiser Trainee with two years of experience, currently residing in San Antonio, Texas. Brandon received his training license and has been able to complete and work on appraisals for both homes and vacant land and assisted with the inspection of properties for a road expansion in the state of Texas. Brandon graduated from Texas State University and has one daughter named Scarlett. In his free time Brandon enjoys reading, watching sports, and watching history documentaries. Brandon always looks forward to the next challenge and has a hunger to learn more each day. Meeting new people and going to new places brings joy to his life, and he truly enjoys his work. 

Jennifer is an Appraiser Trainee and grew up in the small town of Joaquin on the eastern border of Texas. She currently still resides in Shelby County with her family. She graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2011 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. Her heart has always been focused on the business aspect of things, particularly accounting and real estate. She worked as a staff accountant for several years as she completed her degree, then spent some time in the education field where she taught middle school math. As time progressed, she knew that she needed to return to the business world where her heart belongs and that is when she found her way to Alliance Realty Advisors. She has been with ARA since Fall of 2020. As she completes training, she plans to continue to work toward her goal of becoming a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser.
